What is Neat? This Civic to start with! Adding even more awesome to this equation of this Honda Civic+Manila=Neat is Omar Pine. Now if you have ever browsed IamSimplyClean.com or our very own JustStance.com forums you had to have seen this 1999 Civic roaming around. This car is awesome, enough said. Omar and his buddies in the Neat crew have been spreading the gospel of stance and clean in the ring of fire down in the Pacific. No, there is not crazy camber or outrages body kits but rather nice, clean rides like Omar’s Civic here.

Let’s cut to the chase, Omar has done work on this car. Putting a lot of effort into his ride he has kept it simple and clean, a good formula to follow. Using the front end from a Honda Orthia Wagon this Civic sports a unique front end. Breaking it apart from a JDM or USDM front end this car screams out different. Pine has also changed the interior up adding in a Momo 13 inch steering wheel and using a pair of Integra DC2 front seats to keep him comfortable. Scraping around the island and causing more problems than global warming this Honda stays planted on a set of Daiayama Coilovers; and just to make sure his tires stay fresh Omar runs a Hardrace front camber kit and a rear D2 racing rear camber kit.

So, there is one very big reason this car has impressed us from across the globe, the stance! The car has great fitment and a perfect stance. Dialed in and ready to roll this car’s shoes are Autostrada Modena’s. The wheels specs for both the front and the rear measure in at 17×9 all around, with the front and rear matching offsets at a +24. This beast from the far, far east where the land of the rising sun dominates is really putting their JDM scene on blast. If you get a chance make sure to check out Omar and his whole Neat crew on Facebook or the Just Stance forums!

This is a very clean and unique Civic… haven’t seen many of this gen looking this good in the states tbh, don’t know what’s the hating for.

  • Kvgautogrooming

For a stance like that on a civic here in the P.I. full of speed bumps? Damn! it survived.. paired with 17×9 modenas all around with the Neat concept? (Honda Orthia front, Simple Interiors, Duxone by Dupont FA Silver paint by KVG Autogrooming) hitting it straight to the point.. Simple, Clean and Neat.. Damn! even if you check google, you cant find one but this.. this is one hell of a Neat Civic!

congrats omar and KVG auto grooming a job well done
don’t mind the haters and posers that commented or will be commenting about the car they’re just jealous coz its either they want to be featured but rejected or they dont have a car to begin with…

One of a kind civic. One of the best!

To be honest, personally, in my opinion, it looks like the Civics I see parked in back of Autozone. I guess you guys can call me a hater but I’m just stating my opinion. The whole body kit thing on a Civic is too cliche. Everyone is doing that. Go to your local high school and that is all you see in the parking lot. Buy a Civic, throw in an intake, huge exhaust tip and body kit. I see it over and over. I’ve seen some NICE Civics on this site. This one however doesn’t do it for me. This is just my opinion. I respect the owner for being an enthusiast though.

I understand what you are saying, but look at this car for the car. The owner has put work into this ride on the other side of the earth, where people and cars like this maybe a handful. Omar and his whole crew have been putting work into their rides. It may not be the sickest Civic out there, but if sacrifice of a nasty car for hard work, and sweat is what it takes than let me see it. Manila is on the map and they deserve their credit.
      -Thanks

        I see your point.

We are here in the philippines where we cant go to a store that has all the stuffs needed to get the right rims for the stance that most of you guys can do everyday.. Meaning you guys are there and we are here you have lots of resources to get the fitment and modification parts that you guys want, here we just get “lucky” if some good rims with the right fitment arrived in a surplus shop.. And where is the “Body Kits” that you mentioned? have you read the article and the modifications made?

      Front Cut Honda Orthia Wagon

so where’s the “Body Kits”? it’s clear that it’s a front cut Honda Orthia with stock chin, the side skirts are stock PHDM and it doesnt have a rear chin cause the rear bumper’s stock ..

here in the P.I. we work hard for our rides.. Its been a year since this project started.. this is dedicated to those who support the Fitment/stance here in the Philippines who cant get them stance yet since we have limited resources for em x8,x9,x10 and so on.. We’re not here to compete, we’re here to Support.. If we cant get any support from you it’s fine with us.. We’re here because of the movement and we will continue our support from the people who’s supporting us..
Much LOVE and RESPECT to the people behind juststance.. Thank you very much guys! :)

All right it’s not a bodykit. Whatever! That is what it looks like. Look, I’m not trying to be disrespectful, just stating my opininon. Look at my car, I drive a Neon SRT-4, lol! I believe it’s the most HATED car in the U.S. But I drive it because I love it. You guys are obviously passionate about your cars and what you do in P.I. More power to you. Keep up the good work and I hope to see more P.I. cars on juststance.

        • Kvgautogrooming

Now that’s what I’m talking about! :) You do your thing there and we do ours here.. Let’s support and respect each other and make the most out of our cars the right and simple way.. we’re both in the car scene may it be stance, fitment etc.. Let’s motivate other people with the proper guidance so they can continue what they want to do the right way.. thank you man and yes, you will see more of our cars here on juststance soon.. :) More power to us! :)

First of all i would like to thanks JustStance for the Special Feature they made for my ride. They are the first ones who gave me the opportunity to show my car who are into the stance/fitment scene. They are the first ones who realized that having a stance and fitment here in the Philippines is really hard we really have uneven roads/and crazy speedbumps down here also limited resources for the stretch tire and fitment, if you ask me its hard here to find a PCD 4×100 that is x9 with a low offset, i know its easy to ship coming from abroad but remember that i build this car and its on my expenses. Some comments pertain that this might bore them because of the simplicity of it all. again i have limited resources and what i did is to maximize my budget and also has a purpose which is giving or showing that Filipinos here are into the stance and fitment scene. That is not a bodykit.. that is a honda orthia GF Vxi face which came from a wagon.I changed it personally because for me its more of a cleaner look and bringing something new to some stanced civics. I am not a tuner nor a race car driver so theres no point in giving it performance. I give my respect to the tuners since they gave time and effort for their rides to perform to its fullest which I have no talent whatsoever.. But i can say this I know how to make a clean and simple ride. Which reminds me of my Professor who is also a Graphic artist”minimalism is the hardest form of art”. Once again I would like to thanks the guys who have put up JustStance giving us little guys here a chance to show to the world what we can do..

  • neatcrew moj
